PUNCHING & CO LASERING OF FRAMES, DOOR LEAVES,

The cut plates for door leaves and frames are subsequently punched and/or CO₂-lasered. This process produces precise frame components, door leaves, and cutouts for windows and locks, exactly according to customer specifications – with the highest precision.

BENDING OF FRAMES
AND DOOR LEAVES

The sheets are precisely bent. Perfect fit and high stability are ensured through exact angles. State-of-the-art technology guarantees dimensionally accurate edges, enabling easy assembly and long-lasting functionality of the door systems.

WELDING OF FRAMES

The previously bent frames are professionally welded to create a stable and robust basic structure. Thanks to state-of-the-art welding technology, perfect seam connections are ensured, guaranteeing the quality and longevity of the doors.

ASSEMBLY OF DOOR LEAVES

During the assembly of the door leaves, the outer and inner skins are connected using a PVC strip, which serves both as a thermal break and as a mounting profile for the rubber seal. This preparation ensures the doors are ready for the subsequent foaming process.

FOAMING OF
DOOR LEAVES

For optimal insulation, stability, and energy efficiency, the door leaves are filled with closed-cell PU foam. This creates a high-quality, dimensionally stable, and highly insulating element, perfectly suited for cold rooms, wet areas, production facilities, and hygiene-sensitive environments.

FINAL ASSEMBLY OF DOORS

During the final assembly, the door leaf and frame are joined, and hinges, fittings, and locks are installed. This process produces robust and durable doors, ready for use in production facilities, commercial kitchens, and cold storage logistics centers.
